A rosary bracelet is a simpler kind of rosary to use.  It is worn around the wrist and is made of ten beads (one decade) with a single larger bead and a crucifix and helps the wearer pray the rosary.

​A First Communion Party is a very special day for any young Catholic and is a time of great celebration for Catholic families around the world. While the first Holy Communion is a sacred right of the church, it is usually accompanied by a celebration with family and friends.  Whether you are planning a grand affair or a small affair, it can easily become overwhelming and so it is important to start planning it early. 

The first thing you need to do is contact the church and book the date that the First Communion is taking place.  Some churches only hold First Communion once a year. Children must attend special classes and perform their first reconciliation.  In order to make sure that you meet all the registration deadlines, contact your church approximately 6-8 months in advance so that you do not miss any deadlines. Since most First Communions take place at the same time, there will be competition for banquet halls in the area, make sure you book yours early to ensure that you are not disappointed. 

Once you have booked your venue, check with the venue and ensure that they are taking care of all of the food and decor as well.  If they are not, make sure to arrange for catering and decor.  If you have any family coming from out of town, contact a hotel in the area and arrange for a block of rooms to be set aside.  Your friends and family will appreciate you helping them find a place to stay.
